Before you begin
- At least two named saved presets.
- Free Demo allows 2 lists with 3 songs each; Player 5 lists with 10 songs each; Stage/Pro have no plan quota.
Create and arrange a setlist
- Tap + Setlist to create a list.
- Choose a preset in the selected setlist; its row actions are on the right.
Open Setlist manager and create a named list. Select the list, then use Add from Library and each preset’s add control to include your saved rigs. New entries use their preset names, so name presets clearly before adding them. Arrange the members in performance order.
Tap the current preset/setlist menu, then Setlist manager. The compact song list includes the row action controls and rearrange workflow.
Deleting a setlist removes its organization, while its presets remain in the library. Deleting a referenced preset can leave a song without its intended rig; review assignments after library cleanup.
- Create Sunday Rehearsal, then add the three saved presets using Add from Library.
- Confirm each added entry points to its intended saved rig.
- Rearrange the rows and confirm their order.
- Load the list and select the first song.
Song settings
- Enable Change Tempo to apply a song-specific tempo.
Preset/song settings can store the chosen Worship Pad pack/key/major or minor mode, pad volume and automatic pad playback. They also store metronome BPM/beats per bar and automatic click start, plus preset transpose/level.
An unconfigured preset leaves the live pad/metronome state alone. A configured song can change them on recall. Be deliberate about automatic playback and metronome settings so a song transition does not surprise the band.
Rehearse the sequence
- Turn off animations to reduce movement in the interface.
Move through songs using their rows or Previous/Next controls. Wait for a preset to finish loading and test a note before starting. Stage/Pro is appropriate when your service needs more channels or saved songs than the lower plans allow.
Performance settings can warm earlier/later presets and hold notes through a preset change. Preloading trades memory for readiness; it does not make a missing bank playable. Held notes can retain the old sound until release when Hold notes through change is enabled.
- Recall the opening song and check its instruments, pad and click.
- Use Next to load the response song and verify its key/tempo.
- Rehearse state changes and held-note transitions at the intended playing tempo.
- Check the closing song and save any intentional changes before leaving rehearsal.
Expected result
What you should have now
The setlist recalls the intended rigs in order with predictable pad, tempo and transition behavior.
Common problems
- Wrong pad starts on recall
- Review the song’s configured pad key/pack and automatic playback.
- Next song sounds unready
- Confirm its library files, then review preloading preferences and available memory.
- Cannot add a song
- Check the list/song quota of the owned plan.
