Before you begin

  • A ready pad pack. Free Demo includes Shimmer/Soft Choir; Player six packs; Stage/Pro all 13.
  • Player unlocks all pad keys. Free Demo locks C♯, D♯, F♯ and G♯.

Start and stop a pad

The pad grid sustains a chosen key without holding keyboard notes.Pixel 10a
  • Tap a key to choose the sustained pad note.
  • Use the power button to start or stop Worship Pads.

Worship Pads are sustained background drones separate from playable instrument channels. Choose a pack, choose a musical key, and use the pad power/play control. Choose Major or Minor for the intended harmonic mode and listen before starting a song.

The phone shows Pads alongside the mixer; use its pack and settings controls for the compact flydown.

The key grid uses flat spellings such as Db and Gb. These are the same pitch classes as C♯ and F♯. A locked demo key does not become available by choosing its enharmonic name.

Pad control reference

Pad settings and tone controls shape sustained ambience.Pixel 10a
  • Drag Crossfade to smooth the transition between pad notes.
  • Use flats to show note names with flats instead of sharps.

Balance the pad below the played instruments, and listen through a key change. Crossfade controls the transition between pad keys; a long crossfade can carry the old harmony into the next song.

Use the top metronome control to start/stop the click. Open the BPM/settings control to change tempo and click behavior. Choose a clear Sound and route/pan/level appropriate for rehearsal. Before a service, confirm that the audience output will not receive an unintended click.

Tap a steady pulse to set the tempo.
Mute / Solo

Remember a song’s ambience and click

Configured song settings can recall pad and metronome choices.Pixel 10a
  • Enable Change Tempo to apply a song-specific tempo.

Use song settings to store the pad’s pack/key/mode/volume and the metronome’s BPM/beats per bar. Enable automatic pad/click start only when that is intended. Recall the song and check the actual live controls, then stop both when rehearsal ends.

What you should have now

A selected pad and click support the song with controlled volume and predictable transitions.

Common problems

Pad key or pack is locked
Key unlocks and pack access are separate plan capabilities.
Old harmony lingers
Reduce Crossfade and rehearse the key change.
Click is heard in the wrong output
Review click pan/level and the real mixer routing before performing.
